NEW UMRAH REGULATIONS

ELKADI TOURS LIMITED AGENT OF HAJJ AND UMRAH VISAS UNDER THE NEW REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF HAJJ IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Elkadi Tours Limited specialise in Hajj and Umrah individual and group Packages. Umrah session 2001 has major changes in the rules and regulations of the procedure of operating the system. The Ministry of Hajj, in Saudi Arabia, has issued Contracts to about 194 - 210 Saudi Travel Agents to handle the procedure of Umrah traffic into Saudi Arabia.
These agents are responsible for appointing sub-contractors all over the world.
The sub-contractors will be licensed for handling prospective pilgrims from their country and we are one of these companies, which has the licence to cater for all the European countries.
This effectively restricts all intending pilgrims from applying for visa directly and, instead, will have to choose a licensed Hajj & Umrah tour operator i.e. Elkadi Tours through which we would be issued visa and accommodation for individual Package and include Airlines Ticket, Transport for group packages tours.
